Unapproved Works

What happens if work does not have Building Control Approval? If works are complete more than 18 months; no action taken, unless considered to be injurious to health and safety of people in or about the Building. In which case action will be taken under the appropriate legislation.

Will I need to comply with any other Regulations?

Building work may still need planning permission, even when Building Regulations approval is not required.
