Notice of appointment of Polling Agents (LE 39 ) must be received by DRO before 5.00 p.m. on 26th April 2011

Polling Agent Instructions (LE 39D )

Postal Votes:

Issue: Appointment of Agents to attend at issue of postal ballot papers (LE 40D )

Notice of appointment of Agents to attend at issue of postal ballot papers (LE 40B ) must be received by DRO before Tuesday 19th April 2011.

Opening: Appointment of Agents to attend at opening of postal ballot paper envelopes (LE 40E )

Notice of appointment of Agents to attend at the opening of postal ballot paper envelopes (LE 40C ) must be received by DRO before Saturday 30th April 2011.

Verification/Counting Agents:

Appointment of Verification and Counting Agents (LE 40F )
