Civic Amenity Sites

These sites are attended at all times when open and also provide facilities for the disposal of both domestic and commercial waste. The Council prides itself in having changed the emphasis at these sites from disposal to recycling and all members of the public who utilise the sites are actively encouraged to recycle their waste first and to only dispose of waste as a last resort.

For full details on all the materials accepted for recycling at the Council's civic amenity sites and a list of the opening times please see Civic Amenity Sites.
